How Long Does Permanent Jewelry Last?

What If It Breaks?

We offer gold-filled and sterling silver chain options. These are the most commonly used materials in the industry and are tarnish resistant. If you ever find it needs some extra shine, simply use a gentle dish soap, rinse and gently pat dry. We also offer all of our customers a complementary polishing cloth.
What If I Need an MRI?
This is a very common and very valid concern. Whether you need to remove your jewelry for your MRI is up to your medical provider.
With that said, if you ever need an MRI or a medical procedure that requires jewelry removal, permanent jewelry can be cut at the jump ring, which is the small round ring where it was welded. The chain stays intact and can be rewelded afterward.

Can I Go Through TSA With Permanent Jewelry?
Yes — you can go through TSA with permanent jewelry.
Permanent jewelry is worn just like any other fine jewelry and does not need to be removed for airport security. Many people travel regularly with their permanent jewelry without any issues.
